Mr. Butts Chairman of Honor Valor Courage Corporation was an early development of video programs in 1986 with when Lane Parker at the University of Minnesota first started developing video over Communication Protocol. Mr. Butts was the developer of full video broadcasting over fiber back bone with Digital Media Broadcasting which broadcast at 612 kbs of fiber which was consider impossible. His SportsView Broadcasting Network when on to Broadcast many nation and international sports, including the WNIT with Comcast to over 28,000 people under the SportView Banner a direct feed to Comcast.

Mr. Butts' company was also one of the first developer of the Court Arrangement Network. It was developed for Alexandra, Va. Courts after one of the Deputies was shot bringing a prisoner from jail to the court.

Mr. Butts has been Instrumental in the development of medical video with his development of the Traveling Physician Program for Pro Soccer. This program allowed the teams doctors of pro soccer teams who did not travel with the teams to fully see in the locker room and the ER of the player who were injured.

Mr. Butts developed the Interstate Consultation Video Player Medical Networks (ICPVMN) and this network allowed the Doctors to do consultation across state lines on our video platform. We utilize ZOOM Medical HIPAA Certified platform for this program.
